Damage Disclosure
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product. Please refuse delivery by contacting the shipping company. They will return the trap to us free of charge and we will send a new replacement trap out to you A.S.A.P.
To file a damaged claim:
- The product and shipping box with shipping material needs to be available for pickup, the shipping company may come pick it up as needed.
- The following 3 photos shown below are required
- Please also include any additional photos of the damaged items.

Returns
All returns must be pre-approved within 5 business days of receiving shipment.
Warranty & Refunds
In the unlikely event of damage or defect upon delivery, contact K-Traps immediately, within 24 hours, and we will direct you on how to get warranty work done.
In the event that you place an order and later decide to cancel that order and your account was already charged, the fees associated with that transaction will not be refunded.
